I am a licensed clinical social worker and I provide therapy to people of all ages who want to make positive changes in their lives, process difficult experiences, and/or strengthen relationships with loved ones. Individuals and families of diverse ethnic, religious, sexual orientation, and gender identification backgrounds are all welcome in my practice.
I believe that we all can thrive as we heal from difficult experiences, learn new perspectives, and build connections with loved ones in our homes and communities.
I am certified in EMDR and am an EMDRIA-approved consultant to support other therapists in their learning. I am also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which means that I have received training to incorporate interventions that address stress and/or trauma in the physical body.
