Paula is a nutritionist with over 30 years of experience working with medical and emotional eating issues. She works with adults, adolescents, and families to help them establish a healthy, healing, and rewarding relationship with food.
Paula has extensive experience in nutrition therapy for eating disorders, emotional eating, gluten intolerance, heart disease, diabetes, and gastrointestinal disorders. She approaches her work with curiosity and imagination, and particularly enjoys working with individuals who have struggled to find a nutritional solution that fits for them.
Her work is highly individualized, as she partners with the client and other members of the client’s treatment team to discover the best approach for each unique set of circumstances.
Paula works with a large network of providers throughout the Kansas City area and throughout the two-state region. She can provide appropriate referrals if needed to assure each client is getting the best care available.
