I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in grief and loss, chronic illness and cancer, depression, and anxiety. I welcome adults from any racial and ethnic background, all sexual orientations, and gender expansive folx.
Therapy is only effective when you can be your whole, authentic self. Humor, sarcasm, and cussing are welcomed. I will hold space for you. Together, we will create and improve your coping skills as you navigate this messy world.
Life is hard, heavy, light, and beautiful. Often, all at the same time. I believe it is necessary to find safe spaces to unpack what you are struggling with, talk through what is heavy in that moment, and process what change could look like.
